Return of Merchandise Policy

We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from aliciasattic.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

We accept returns on new and unused items. Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your original sales receipt is dated within the last 30 days.  Contact us.  Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition, including all original packaging.
  2. Include a copy of the original sales receipt.  Please include your name, phone number, e-mail address, and sales receipt number.
  3. Highlight the item(s) you would like to return.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to:  Alicias Attic, 204 N. Link Lane Alpha 7, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
  5. Shipping charges are not refunded.  You are responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
  6. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on returned items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.
If you have questions or concerns not addressed here, please contact us.  Please include your name and phone number.
 
Shipping Damage Policy
  1. IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:  If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return the package marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You must then e-mail us so we can file a claim with Fed Ex or UPS.  Please include your name, phone number, and sales receipt number. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by Fed Ex or UPS.
  2. KEEP PACKAGING:  Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork. Don't throw anything away. These are required items for all return issues.
 
Order Fullfillment Policy

All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay.

 
Shipping Policies

Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed.  We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment.  However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
