We accept returns on new and unused items. Please follow these steps:
- Make sure your original sales receipt is dated within the last 30 days. Contact us. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition, including all original packaging.
- Include a copy of the original sales receipt. Please include your name, phone number, e-mail address, and sales receipt number.
- Highlight the item(s) you would like to return.
- Pack the item(s) securely and mail to: Alicias Attic, 204 N. Link Lane Alpha 7, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
- Shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on returned items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.
