IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return the package marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You must then e-mail us so we can file a claim with Fed Ex or UPS. Please include your name, phone number, and sales receipt number. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by Fed Ex or UPS.
